She said it must be my PC/Windows 10 and to talk to Microsoft. She advised the blank screen is where you are supposed to be able to enter your License code. I did place a call with Intuit already and shared my screen with an Intuit support person.

It's updated with the latest Windows 10 - version 20H2. Worked fine for years on old computer but this year I'm on a new Windows 10 Home, intel i7, 16GB, 500GB touchscreen desktop. A window will pop up with the message “ Looks like you have activated your product”.Enter your 16-digit license code to activate the TurboTax software (make sure you’re using the license code provided for TurboTax CD/download edition).The activation window will open in your default browser (e.g. A window with the message “An unexpected error occurred while activating the product” appears. Locate ICPContingency=0, then change the 0 to a 1 and save your changes.Locate the TTConfig.ini file and double-click to open it.On your Windows (C:) drive, go to ProgramData\Intuit Canada\tt2020.If changing the DPI (Dots per inch) doesn’t fix the problem, try this: Perhaps just adding the ICPContingency=0 statement alone without changing it to 1 may have also worked.
I restarted the PC and launched TT then followed the balance of the steps to activate outside. So, I added a line and changed the =0 to =1 and saved. When I tried this I found that there was no ICPContingency=0 statement in the TTConfig.ini file. I finally found the item below in the Help Centre/CD Download/Blank Screen Issue.links below.
